Deployment

Where CrisisLab runs

Three ways to run the same platform: on our infrastructure, on our infrastructure but yours alone, or on yours. The product does not change from one mode to the next — what changes is who operates it and where the machines are.

Three modes

Only one ships today. The other two are in preparation, and we would rather say so than let you guess.

  • Available

    Shared SaaS

Hosted in France, partitioned per organisation

Infrastructure and business data sit in France, with a French operator. Each organisation has its own memory, exercises and users; nothing crosses over. Updates land continuously, with nothing to do on your side.

  • Coming

    Dedicated SaaS

An instance that is yours alone

Isolated compute, database and storage, with update windows of your own. The hosting country is chosen among the regions where OVHcloud runs its own data centres, France by default.

  • Coming

    On-premise

    An appliance inside your infrastructure

A complete image you import onto your hypervisor, which boots with no internet access at all. Nothing to install, nothing to reach.

The appliance

It exists, it builds, it boots, and it will ship when it is ready. Sizing and operating details are available on request.

  • Offline, or nearly

On first boot you choose: fully offline, with your organisation's own language model, or limited access, opened flow by flow on an explicit decision.

  • Five hypervisors

Proxmox, Nutanix, Hyper-V, VMware and QEMU/KVM.

  • Sovereignty you can check

In offline mode the chain is genuinely closed: nothing leaves, search vectors are computed inside the appliance, and the language model is the one you operate. It is the only mode where the claim holds without an asterisk.

The hosting country

On dedicated SaaS, the instance lands in the country of your choice, among those where OVHcloud runs its own data centres.

  • France
  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • Poland
  • Italy
  • Canada
  • United States
  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • India

Outside the European Union, hosting falls beyond GDPR and may be subject to extraterritorial law. The choice is yours, but it is documented in the contract.

What does not change

The delivery mode does not carve up the product. Wherever it runs, the platform comes whole.

  • The whole platform

All 19 deliverable templates, the 6 exercise documents, structured lessons learned, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, the authoring studio.

  • The same controls

OIDC and SAML SSO, seven-role RBAC, audit trail, multi-entity and delegated administration.

  • Lena

Your assistant comes with every licence, in every mode, with her three levels of memory.

A closed network, a hosting constraint?

Describe your setting to Lena: she qualifies the need and passes on what it takes to answer you precisely.
